proQR provides a free QR code generation service. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the service to generate QR codes that link to:

• Malicious content, viruses, or malware.
• Illegal content or activities.
• Phishing scams or fraudulent websites.
• Hate speech, harassment, or explicit content.

3. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of proQR are and will remain the exclusive property of proQR and its licensors. The QR codes you generate are free for you to use for both personal and commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall proQR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
